3.1 To access real-money gaming on llyy, you must create an account by completing the registration process on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one llyy account. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. llyy uses technical and manual verification procedures to detect duplicate registrations.
3.3 You must not register or use a llyy account on behalf of any third party. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Transferring account access, selling an account, or allowing another individual to use your account credentials constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 llyy reserves the right to request documentation at any point to verify the identity, age, address, or source of funds of any Player. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by llyy may result in account suspension or withdrawal restriction until verification is complete.
3.5 llyy reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so, subject to the return of any verified real-money balance owed to the Player.

Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account closed immediately and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited in full.
4.1 By registering a llyy account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. This declaration forms part of your binding agreement with llyy.
4.2 llyy will verify the age of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal. Age verification may require submission of a government-issued identification document such as a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence issued by the relevant Pakistani authority.
4.3 If llyy has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player may be under the age of 21, the account will be suspended pending age verification, and all gaming activity will be frozen until verification is completed to llyy's satisfaction.
4.4 If you are aware that a person under the age of 21 has accessed or is attempting to access the llyy Platform, you are encouraged to report this to the llyy support team at [email protected]. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access real-money gaming platforms.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your llyy account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 llyy will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive any communication purporting to be from llyy requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and notify the llyy support team immediately.
5.3 You agree to notify llyy immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. llyy will investigate all reported security incidents promptly; however, llyy accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
5.4 llyy employs SSL/TLS encryption across the entire Platform to protect data transmitted between your device and llyy's servers. However, no online system can be guaranteed to be entirely free from security vulnerabilities. Players are advised to use strong, unique passwords and to enable all available two-factor authentication options on their accounts.
6.1 llyy accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The primary accepted deposit methods are JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are also accepted. llyy reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
6.2 Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the Player's llyy Wallet within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing times. llyy is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
6.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within the llyy Wallet interface. These limits may vary depending on the payment method used and may be subject to change.
6.4 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or accounts belonging to another individual are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
6.5 llyy does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which llyy accepts no responsibility.
7.1 Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the llyy account from which the withdrawal is requested. llyy will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
7.2 All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of the llyy KYC verification process. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but will be unable to withdraw funds until their identity and age have been verified to llyy's satisfaction.
7.3 Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to three hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times represent llyy's internal targets and are not guaranteed service levels.
7.4 llyy reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, including requests for supporting documentation. This may temporarily delay the processing of a withdrawal. Such checks will be conducted in good faith and completed as promptly as possible.
7.5 Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. The wagering requirements applicable to any bonus are stated in the individual bonus terms published alongside each promotion on the llyy Platform.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar day. Current limits are displayed within the llyy Wallet interface at the time of withdrawal request. llyy reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
8.1 llyy may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds awarded by llyy are subject to a wagering requirement, which is the amount that must be wagered using the Bonus Funds before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
8.3 llyy reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply.
8.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, exploiting errors in promotional mechanics, or coordinating with other Players to manipulate bonus outcomes — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and potential permanent account closure.
8.5 llyy reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a Player has attempted to abuse any promotional offer, and to take appropriate action accordingly.
9.1 All games available on the llyy Platform, including live casino games, slots, fish shooting games, and instant-win titles, are operated in accordance with the rules published within each individual game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real money.
9.2 The results of all games on the llyy Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer outcomes in the case of live casino titles. llyy does not manipulate game outcomes, and all games are subject to regular third-party fairness audits.
9.3 In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or disconnection during a game round, llyy will investigate and determine the appropriate resolution. llyy reserves the right to void any affected game round and return the corresponding stake to the Player's account. Winnings resulting from a demonstrable technical error or game malfunction may be voided.
9.4 llyy reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently remove any game from the Platform at any time without prior notice. Active wagering sessions will be settled at the point of suspension where technically possible.
10.1 All sports bets, including cricket betting on PSL, ICC events, bilateral series, and other competitions, are accepted subject to the llyy Sportsbook Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and are published separately on the Platform.
10.2 Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport in question. For cricket, this includes results as confirmed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the International Cricket Council (ICC), or the relevant national board as appropriate.
10.3 In-play (live) bets are accepted at llyy's discretion and may be suspended at any time during a live event. llyy reserves the right to void any in-play bet placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined, whether or not this is immediately apparent from the live odds feed.
10.4 llyy reserves the right to limit or restrict the maximum stake accepted from any individual Player on any market or event at any time, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.
10.5 Match Fixing. Any Player found to have placed bets with knowledge of, or involvement in, any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or other corrupt activity in relation to a sporting event will have their account closed immediately and all funds forfeited. llyy cooperates fully with law enforcement and sporting integrity bodies in such investigations.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the llyy Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:
llyy employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Players found in violation of these rules will not receive advance warning prior to account action. Forfeited balances will not be returned in cases involving fraud, money laundering, or material breach of these Terms.
12.1 llyy is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion. 12.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request self-exclusion by contacting the llyy support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and no access to real-money gaming will be permitted.
12.3 Players who have self-excluded will not be targeted with promotional communications during the exclusion period. llyy will use reasonable technical measures to prevent self-excluded Players from creating new accounts.

13.1 All content on the llyy Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the compilation thereof, is the property of llyy or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
13.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the llyy Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. No other rights are granted.
13.3 You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from any content on the llyy Platform without the prior written consent of llyy.
14.1 The llyy Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, llyy makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any of its services.
14.2 llyy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if llyy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
14.3 llyy's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
15.1 llyy reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. llyy will endeavour to notify Players of material changes via email or an in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.
15.2 Your continued use of the llyy Platform following the publication of any revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact llyy to close your account.
16.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which llyy holds its international gaming licence. The applicable jurisdiction is stated in llyy's current licensing documentation, available on request.
16.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and llyy, the Player should first contact the llyy support team and allow llyy a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. llyy will acknowledge all formal disputes within five (5) business days and will seek to resolve them within thirty (30) days of receipt.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through llyy's internal complaints procedure, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by llyy's licensing authority. llyy will cooperate fully with any such process.
